Registration will commence at 7:00 p.m. and the meeting will commence at 7:45 p.m.
 
In order to be eligible to vote at both the meeting, a person must be a member of the Party in good standing (a) within no more than 90 days of the meeting to renew at the meeting, or (b) at least 21 days prior to the meeting for new members, and (c) register prior to the meeting being called to order.
 
Members shall present two forms of identification, one of which is a photo ID, that together prove to the satisfaction of the EDA Executive or its designate the member’s identity, place of residence, and where deemed to be required, age.
 
The nominating committee is preparing a list of proposed Board members for presentation to the meeting.  Anyone interested in serving on the Board is asked to contact the Chair of the Nominating Committee, Blake Greenwood by email [email protected] on or before September 10th.
